Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Bananas ripe and mashed
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 pcs Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add melted butter and mix well.
  3. Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  5. Add the flour and mix until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
