- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- to taste salt and pepper
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and honey.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
