Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Wash and dry the potatoes. Poke a few holes in each potato with a fork.
Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 45 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before unwrapping. Serve hot.
