- 4 fillets Fresh rainbow trout
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place trout fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
Place lemon slices and minced garlic on top of the fillets.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
