- 1 large Butternut Squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the squash evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
