Instructions
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
Add the flour to the drippings and whisk until smooth. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes. Add the cooked bacon back into the gravy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot over biscuits.
