Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 slices Bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  2. Add the flour to the drippings and whisk until smooth. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes. Add the cooked bacon back into the gravy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot over biscuits.
