- 1 sheet Pie crust
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pie crust in a pie dish.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over the crust.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese in the crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
