- 2 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
- 2 slices Tomato
1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork and mix in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on the toasted bread slices.
5. Top with tomato slices and serve immediately.
