Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Diced Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 head Butter Lettuce Leaves separated
Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
Add diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.
Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in shredded carrots.
Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
