- 4 cups Arugula fresh
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese shaved
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
