Main Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1 cup sliced salami
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- to taste salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, salami, artichoke hearts, black olives, red onion, and basil leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
