Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, salami, artichoke hearts, black olives, red onion, and basil leaves.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
