  • ¼ cup Milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Serve warm.
