- 1 lb Ground Beef
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or over pasta.
