Main Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes. Pierce each potato a few times with a fork.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the skin is crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
