  • 4 Russet potatoes medium-sized
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Pierce each potato a few times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
