Aguachile Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 serrano peppers sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1. In a blender, combine lime juice, serrano peppers, and salt. Blend until smooth. 
- 2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro. 
- 3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss to coat evenly. 
- 4. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
