- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 serrano peppers sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
1. In a blender, combine lime juice, serrano peppers, and salt. Blend until smooth.
2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss to coat evenly.
4. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
