Delicious and clean treat as well as very easy to make. Brimming with antioxidants , the walnuts are a tasty crunchy addition. I’m always impatient when I make a sweetand hence why most of the home-made chocolate is placed I feezer to set.
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons raw cacao
2 tbspns coconut blossom sugar
3 tbspns Finely crushed walnuts
Handful goji berries
Silicone mould cups
Melt sugar and oil together on low indirect heat. Add cacao and mix well.
Pour liquid cocoa into moulds halfway up. Add 1/2 tspn walnuts into melted cacao.
Place in fridge and allow to set slightly. Carefully place goji and pepitas on top of cocoa cup. They should not sink as the cocoa is partially set. Return to freezer for 3 min s check if chocolate has set.
