To make this recipe low salt when using soy sauce, I always use Kikkoman brand.
Tuna steak makes a great alternative to beef steak. It is a light tasty meat, that is not fishy at all, but certainly does not taste like beef or lamb either.
Tuna can get dry and chewy when overcooked, so keep a close eye on it when searing on the skillet. The centre should be pink, although some people like their tuna rare in the middle.
