A moist one-bowl chocolate cake, that is easy to make and will consistently give you a moist and tasty cake. How could you go wrong, chocolate and coconut go so well together. Line 24cm round cake tin with greaseproof paper. Baking Temperature 180 degree Celsius. Preheat your oven to 180 degree Celsius. Place butter, cocoa, sugar and eggs in a bowl and whisk until well incorporated. Add the coconut flour and baking powder into the butter mixture and with your hand whisk stir while you pour the milk. Whisk until smooth. Pour into greased tin and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. The cooking time does vary slightly, depending on your kitchen temperature, oven strength and seal, ingredient temperature and measurement accuracy. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
